Steam for 5 minutes, until beans are cooked al dente. Rinse in cold water to stop cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Heat sesame oil in wok or large skillet, over medium heat. Watch that the oil doesn\u2019t overheat! Stir drained beans into oil and toss to heat and coat thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Add chopped crystallized ginger and cook about 1 minute more. Serve.
